The roots of HardingRedmans Limited trace back to the 1930s when Captain Redman embarked on his journey as a Chartered Accountant in Swanage. Over the years, the practice flourished, evolving into the reputable entity known as Redman & Roker, a name synonymous with excellence throughout Purbeck.

A significant turning point occurred when the firm merged with a larger practice centred in Bournemouth and Poole. However, amidst this growth, the Swanage office retained its autonomy and, in December 2000, came under the dedicated management of Steve Harding.

The next chapter unfolded on April 1, 2011, when the practice took on a new identity, becoming HardingRedmans Limited. This transformation coincided with the joint management of Steve Harding and Mark Haigh FMAAT ATT, a Fellow with a wealth of experience. Together, they steered the company toward continued success, upholding the legacy of excellence established over decades.

As time progressed, changes were inevitable. On May 31, 2022, Steve Harding bid farewell to his role, retiring after years of dedicated service. This transition left Mark Haigh at the helm, and the practice seamlessly transitioned into a new era under his sole leadership.

Today, HardingRedmans Limited stands as a testament to its enduring legacy, embodying a commitment to professionalism and client satisfaction. The firm, operating under the trading name HardingRedmans, continues to provide top-notch accounting services, building on the strong foundation laid out by its founders in the 1930s.
